DESCRIPTION
For the past 16 years I have practiced technology law, with a focus since 1999 in outsourcing issues. I have worked with a number of offshore companies helping them gain a foot hold in the US market with sales, marketing and legal representation. I tap into my network in the NYC area to help build a sales pipeline and help close deals, negotiate and draft contracts.

In addition I work with buyer side companies by helping them understand change in data protection laws as well as other pertinent statutes that impact risk and operations in outsourcing. I work with these companies to build or refresh outsourcing strategies, choose outsourcing partners, and to do vendor audits to ensure that their outsourcing partners are in compliance with all US laws and regulations.

I also work with an offshore legal services firm, helping it to gain sales to US law firms. This company supplies paralegal and secretarial services to law firms and corporate legal departments.
