SKILLS
We are looking to offer our services to small to mid level U.S. companies to our centers in Africa. We are experienced in, and preferably contract out our Outsourcing capabilities with companies in the financial, mortgage, banking industry. Generally companies that need some form of Document management/assistance and/or recordkeeping/ledger maintenance.
We have trained staff in the Democratic Republics of Uganda, Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon, and Sierra Leone. Our Outsourcing services consist of transaction processing-credit card applic., mortgage/loan applic., insurance claims, batch-processing, collection processing-(bill collection) call centers-inbound (answer./request services), outbound (Telemarketing.), document conversion, and document management.
TERMS
We are particularly interested in any subsidiary, parent, or partner-related companies that could take advantage of our cost-efficient services. We are confident that with our marketing team, customer relations management team. shall be able to service any clients and maintain production levels at 100% or more. Our terms are negotiable and very competitive. We work very hard to expedite precisely and efficiently.
