Bright Finance is a finance broker based in Chapeltown. We use a dedicated 98 seat, multi skilled Contact Centre to drive loan applications into the business, predominately through outbound calling.

• We operate until 9pm and cover weekends (9.30am – 5.30pm Saturday and 10am – 2pm Sunday)
• Rapid and timely contact with customers due to deployment of robust processes for call management
• Individually tailored web scripts. Staff trained to mirror partner’s customer service approach and branding
