Secure Future Associates is an independant business security consultancy, specialising in delivering bespoke business security solutions to a variety of industries, located in Chester.
We offer a range of services which reflect the diverse yet complimentary skills of our consultants and are therefore able to provide a broad based view of security. Secure Future Associates was creasted in 2007 upon foundations of integrity and honesty and we conduct all our busines according to those values, ensuring mutual trust is developed between ourselves and our clients.

Our consultants have in excess of 30 years in the financial services industry between them, ranging from IT through to Call Centre Management and Training. This coupled with the considerable experience we have in outsourcing and offshoring of processes, places us in an extremely strong position to assist organisations going through the 'right-sourcing' discussion curve.

We have worked with numerous clients both nationally and internationally but due to the sensitivity of our work we must maintain the confidentiality of our clients.

TERMS
Although we have a structured pricing policy, we believe that services should be provided in line with the client. Therefore, we prefer to discuss terms with the client on a case by case basis. We commit to holding an initial discussion with the prospective client within a week of receipt of a request for work, although do tend to action 98% of our contacts within 2 working days.
Our business terms and working practices are simple. We perform tasks in partnership with the client, which we find ensures that they get what they require, rather than what we think should be delivered. We also ensure that we take into consideration the culture of the organisation and adapt our working practices accordingly. This ensures that we maintain our philosophy that one size doesn't fit all.
