DualShore’s offshore service is based on a UK/India dualshore delivery model. This takes full advantage of DualShore’s UK capability, together with our carefully selected offshore partners’ propositions. (plans to create captive offshore development centre)

DualShore offers an optimised offshore engagement model which enables the pain and risk to be transferred from the customer to DualShore and results in a ‘best of both worlds’ solution.

Tailored processes and methodologies cover the end to end service, maximising benefits and reducing risk (e.g. quality is checked twice before the customer ever touches it). A joint management team to facilitate smooth execution of the entire service. No loss of control; regular project updates are provided as required, proper governance e.g steering groups if required.
