TERMS
CoreBPO price their agents on a processing fee per month basis. This would fall in the £1,250 to £1,500 bracket dependant on agent numbers. This fee includes a proprietary document management system. The metrics of the assignment are gathered through a free consultancy process, which reviews agreed business processes and technical infrastructure and provides an overview of recommended improvements and a cost benefit analysis.
