Fixed Price/Fixed Date
Usually we help you to finalise the requirement of the work, a delivery date or price will then be agreed. We will create a project plan based on the requirement, we will also have timely review with you to make sure we are developing features as expected. If the deadline is your premier concern, we will allocate more resources to the project to ensure good progress can be made, at the same time, quality is still guaranteed. We will have a dedicated UK based Project Manager oversees the project, she/he will take the whole responsibility of making sure you are updated at all stages and happy with the progress.

Time and Material - Hourly Price:
In this case, our dedicated architects/developers will be working with you as an extension of your team. A UK based project manager can be involved when required. Progress update is scheduled so that you know how your extended team players are getting on.

Hourly rate of £7 - £12 is charged for our architects/developers based in Beijing. £15 - £30 per hour will be charged for our project managers based in the UK.


A project team is normally composed of one dedicated project manager and/or one dedicated senior developer based in UK and several senior developers based in Beijing
