FIXED PRICE MODEL
Lemberg Systems' Fixed Price model offers customers a low-risk option, and is most effective when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. The Fixed Price model indicates clearly what is to be delivered when, and what the costs will be. Where specifications are not clearly defined, yet the customer pursues a Fixed Price approach, we can assist in drawing the detailed technical specifications, together with the client representatives.

TIME AND MATERIALS PRICING MODEL
Under the Time and Materials business model, Lemberg Systems assigns project teams with the required team members, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements. Customers pay a monthly charge based on the total effort reported by the team for each month. This model offers the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads. The Time and Materials model is desirable when scope and specifications for the project are not defined explicitly.

DEDICATED BUSINESS UNIT
In the Dedicated Business Unit (Offshore Development Center) model, Lemberg Systems provides dedicated resources, project management, equipment and infrastructure, exclusively for the client.


All business models are available for onsite / onshore / offshore deployment, and we are open to alternative collaboration proposals from our partners.
