DESCRIPTION
I am Watson Croos Business Development Manager for Info Trades Ltd.

A growing BPO company based in Sri-Lanka. Our company is located in the heart of Colombo.



We are equipped with 20 operational seats for Non-voice BPO projects. Currently we work on 8 hours shift for a day and have staff strength of 20 Highly Skilled and Committed Individuals.



Our staffs are well trained on all basic computer applications (E.g. MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point etc) and with an average typing speed of 35 wpm. Apart from the computer literate most of them are Advanced Level Qualified staffs whom are well aware about Topics such as Economics, Management, Physics and Chemistry which helps our clients in accuracy.



Improving our staff performance plays a major role in client satisfaction. Thus we use the latest Typing Master to better our staffs accuracy and Speed.

And we have a special Quality team comprising of 4 Individuals who does the Quality check on the work done on that particular day.



We have state of art work stations with Pentium 4 computers and all our workstations run in Windows XP operating system and we have installed all basic softwares required.



Revenue through Client Satisfaction is our company's Mission and we work in all necessary means to achieve it.



Currently we look forward to handle Data Conversion, Medical Transcription and other non voice projects.

Our Focus is Mainly on Data processing. We have a highly Skilled and Committed Management Team Which Focuses on Customer Satisfaction.
The Management team is well experienced in BPO processes and understand the needs of Customers.
