DESCRIPTION
We are a young company with 4 employees which have worked for many years in the artwork domain. All employees have degrees in art at the college of plastic art and have won numerous contests. One of our employees has many years of experience, working for one of our presidents (Nicolae Ceausescu), which has made tapestries, oil paintings and wall paintings. Our goal is to improve permanently and give better quality to the products by creating a heavy competition every where we go and satisfy 110% our customers.

SKILLS
As a principal we are focused on child book illustrations which, from this are came the majority of our projects. Also we develop different themes made with watercolor paintings, like : animal illustrations, religious illustrations, t-shirt illustrations, botanical illustrations, nature illustrations, oil paintings, etc.

Our style is a little more complex and is divided in four stages: First is the sketch stage where we draw on the same paper more shapes and choose the right one - Second is the stylized sketch where we make the choosed shape on a clean sheet with dark ink (usualy black) - Third is the colouring stage with watercolor paintings where usualy we make three painted sheets and choose one to finish it - Fourth stage is the most complex one when we make the details of every object with watercolor crayon. We preffer to work in this way because only that we can get the maximum quality and get the customers apreciation and satisfaction.

TERMS
Usually we negotiate the price depending on the project requirements, and the most important are: The number fo illustrations and their dimensions. After that are: number of colours (limited or as many as we wish), the style, the theme, applied text. Usualy we avoid to apply the text on the illustrations, but if necessary we can do it. Other decisive pricing factor is the delivery of teh final product, by traditional post or by e-mail. When it's by e-mail there are no aditional costs. The completion time for a illustration is usualy one to two days, but here intervien the dimensional factor and the complexity of the illustration; when it's a not so complex illustration we can do up to four in one day. Usualy we preffer to work only with a contract even the amount is under 100 EUR/USD. If the amount is under 100 EUR/USD we request the payment only after the job is done and before the delivery. If the sum is over 100 EUR/USD we divide the payment in two stages: 1. After we make the clean sketches we accept corrections from the customer and after all sketches are like the customer wants we request half of the contract sum; 2. We proceed to colouring and we present the final version by e-mail on low size and quality images (samples max 400*400 pixels), we request the final product and after the payment is confirmed we proceed to delivery stage.If the client wants on electronic format we scan them in high resolution and send them. As for the pricing we are working for colour ones bethween 30 EUR and 100 EUR for a single illustration.
