In order to have a right view on the price level and development terms, we need to know the following:

1. Preferred web technology (ASP, ASP.NET, PHP)
2. Database software platform (SQL2000, SQL 2005, MySQL)

Also, the “customization” level of the product (Basic Merchants Webpage) is an important factor on this issue.

Shopping cart method is also considered – e-payment (including a third part like Pay Pal or others), order (you pay the product when you get it shipped), etc.

Basic CMS – depending of the level of customization (one instance – content of the page for example, including text and pictures – more than one instance on one page – like adds on the left side of the website for example, etc. )

Admin Panel – basically adding products to different categories, deleting products, editing products, changing status, checking stocks, etc.)
