We help prospective foreign investors start a business in the Philippines, We help businesses get started, and get going. From incorporation to actual operations.

SKILLS
We help in the start-up phase of a business:

(1)incorporation
(2)procurement of available investment incentives and the necessary licenses and permits
(3)preparation of employment, lease, and other commercial contracts

and in the actual operations of a business:

(1) general legal counsel on day-to-day transactions
(2) drafting and review of contracts and other documents
(3) compliance with government regulations
(4) corporate secretarial services
(5) litigation

TERMS
For the start-up phase, we will charge US$2,500.00, plus expenses. Paid in advance. Government fees not yet included

For services during actual operations:
(1) US$400 a month for general legal counsel on day-to-day transactions and drafting and review of contracts and other documents
(2) US$300 a month for corporate secretarial services

For litigation services, task-based (not hourly) fee arrangements available.
