With the industry’s high demand for creative talent and eagerness to collaborate artists in a unified fashion founder Michael Quiapos set out with a goal to create cutting edge experiences that is driven by passion with meticulous attention to detail. Together with Robert Cuan AT’s humble beginnings started on a ground floor apartment with the vision and insight that unified creative innovation and technical progression. We’re just getting started.

Communication:
Constant communication is the key to a successful outcome in offshore outsourcing.
Daily basis communication is established by e-mail, phone or Skype according to the client’s preferences. At any time during the outsourcing process, prescheduled or eventual meetings may take place between the team leader and the client.

OUTSOURCING PROCESS:

The Offshore Outsourcing Process starts with an initial contact by e-mail or phone.

The client describes the project scope and time frame. The information is sent to AVIDTELEMETRY either in digital or hard copy. Information and other source may be sent by email.

AVIDTELEMETRY estimates the number of working hours required to complete the task.

Once the estimate has been approved by the client, AVIDTELEMETRY puts together a Working Plan describing the scope of work, the stages in which the project will be developed and the consecutive submissions that the client will receive as the project moves forward.

Leaded by an experienced DEVELOPER the Team starts working under the client supervision.

Each submission is checked and evaluated by the client.

After receiving the client’s feedback, the Team moves forward to the next stage.

The final submission must be approved by the client to complete the project.


Acceptance Fee / Downpayment of 50%
Progress Payment of 40% upon submission of Progress Plan
Final Payment of 10% upon submission of Final Plan
