We are a 25 seater contact center located in Cebu, Philippines providing outsourced inbound/outbound teleservices, customer services, virtual assistance and help desk services. Currently we are providing outbound telemarketing sales and inbound customer service for US clients. With excellent English speaking staff, we offer quality service thats affordable to small and medium sized companies. Our center has a capacity of 80 seats and can easily ramp up to 200 with state of the art infrastructure and full redundant telecom and power service.

There are no setup fees and we can have your campaign up and running in a few days.

SKILLS
Our reps have excellent English communictions skills and have done several outbound telesales as well as inbound customer support for US clients.

A conference call can be arrange to interview and screen the reps to be assigned to a specific campaign.

TERMS
We are very flexible with our rates. We can offer flat per hour or pay for performance depending on the campaign and client's requirements.
