24Seven's services are sold and packaged in a number of ways that will allow clients to choose their preferred service relationship. These could include but will not be limited to retainer support, project-based support and piece or time rate support.

1. Retainer support:
Under this set-up, the client company pays 24Seven a fixed monthly fee for the services rendered for a pre-determined period of time.

2. Project-based support:
Proposed and billed on a per-project or per-milestone basis. Project-based support offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, and offer a particular service that will aid in the completion of a particular project.

3. Piece/Time rate support:
Under this arrangement, the form of the service to be provided shall be proposed and billed individually on a per hour or per piece rate basis. This is ideal for infrequent, one-time and short-term usage of our services.

The specific terms for any of these packages may be negotiated and structured according to the special needs of each client.
