Air Relay Corporation, (ARC) was founded in October 2000 in order to create a premier offshore provider of integrated direct marketing solutions for US based clients. By hiring, empowering and supporting the right people, using the latest technology and incorporating proven historical marketing methods, ARC achieves superior results for our clients. With headquarters in Metro Manila, Air Relay Corporation operates 150 workstations in the Philippines with plans to expand in 2006.

ARC employs a comprehensive start-up process that begins with our Proposal Response and ends with the first calls being taken/made on your behalf. The account manager is the leader of this process and will be supported by the necessary resources from all other departments to ensure a timely and accurate start-up.
As the program documentation begins to take shape, the account manager will engage the client contact to ensure that we have understood and developed all aspects of the campaign according to your specifications. Once the client has signed off on the documentation, the account manager will distribute to all departments. This documentation will be the road map to guide ARC towards success and will be updated accordingly throughout the life of the program.
