Architects+craft is a new group with highly skilled manpower. Most of the employee came from outsourcing firms that has projects in US, Middle East, and South East Asia. We're talented enough to compete with other well-established outsourcing firm.

We have upgraded knowledge in AutoCAD 2008, 2007, and its lower versions. Some of our clients have upgrade their standards by using dynamic blocks and sheet set manager, which we are well verse of.

We will work on your standards. No more no less. If youre company hasn't started creating CAD standards, we can do it for you. We will provide you guidelines based on AIA standards and based on your current drafting process.

We will be your back office. Cheaper than hiring a new staff, and with high quality of output. All project delivery can be made thru email or thru ftp.

SKILLS
We provide CAD outsourcing on architectural design, planning, and construction working drawings. We are also capable of handling allied engineering CAD drafting such as structural, electrical, mechanincal, and sanitary drawings.

We work on paper to cad basis, using scan images and translate it into CAD. Also we could create architectural and engineering drawings based on your concepts and suggestions.

TERMS
We work on an hourly basis with a rate of 8 USD per working hour. Working hour includes CAD production, Quality checking, and client coordination. Internal coordination and turnover meetings are not part of the billable hours.

Payments can be made thru bank deposits or by check and to be mailed on our partner in Michigan.

Usual project turnaround is 2 to 3 working days, depending on the complexity of the task. We can also work on a 12-24 hours turnaround if your require us to do so.
