DESCRIPTION
We are a medical transcription company based in the suburbs of Manila. We guarantee best quality services at affordable rates. We have medical transcriptionists and editors with medical background with up to 6 years of practice in the medical transcription industry. We guarantee 12-24 hour turnaround time.

We have an in-house training department, that guarantees the continuous supply of medical transcriptionists and editors for future expansion needs. Our curriculum is based on HPI-SUM curriculum. Our facility is currently handling 25 seats of transcriptionists, but we are capable of expanding to 100 seats as the need may arise. Our current average excess capacity is 10000 lines per day, expandable to 20,000 lines per day as the need may arise.

We provide continuous training on HIPAA compliance. We have individual confidentiality agreements with each one of our staff including maintenance personnel. You can expect 100% full compliance to HIPAA regulations.

We have complete reference materials including HPI-SUM training tapes, AAMT book of style, Stedman's series of books and cd's.

All our staff is proficient in the English language, with an understandable English accent.

We are currently looking for direct clients as well as subcontract work from other MTSO's.

We are willing to partner with other contractors and MTSO's in the long term. We are a relatively young organization with very experienced staff and we are very flexible with regards to terms and conditions of contracts.

SKILLS
We can do all specialties. We can train and retrain staff for any specialization.

Our current work load includes history and physical reports, clinic notes, office notes, operative reports, consultation notes, discharge summaries, letters, psychiatric evaluations, laboratory reports, x-ray reports, and pathology reports.

Our current clients include multi-specialty clinics and hospitals. We can accomodate more clients.

TERMS
For MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES:
* Our starting offer:
6 cents/line, on 65 char line including spaces for 24hr TAT.
8 cents/line for 12hr TAT.
10 cents/line for less than 12hr TAT.

* Payment terms will be based on a monthly billing.
* We are open to negotiate our rates with any existing medical transcription service organizations for subcontract work.

For LEGAL TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES:
* We offer 10 cents per line of transcribed work.

For GENERAL TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES:
* We offer $10/hour of transcription service, or US $1.25 per audio minute of recording.

We are very flexible and everything is negotiable.
