TRG IN THE PHILIPPINES


A pioneer in ground-breaking technology and facility

TRG’s resources in the Philippines include a 36,000 sq. ft. facility with 850 workstations located in its capital city Manila. Situated at the heart of the Ortigas business district, TRG Philippines maintains an International Private Leased Circuit utilizing its fiber optic submarine cable facilities to connect to the USA. Its international submarine cable capacity is a self-healing, and fully managed facility with multiple redundancies. Advanced and high level of safety measures within the facility is also strictly implemented to ensure multiple client data security.

TRG is opening a second center in May 2006 in the central Makati district, with an area of over 60,000 sq. ft. and 1,500 workstations.

All of our agents are fluent in English and hold Bachelor degrees, with 25% having advanced degrees. They also undergo extensive application and industry specific training programs, which include verbal communication, equipment handling, industry terminologies and market dynamics, among others.
