Vertex was formed by a team of entrepreneurs and professionals with proven track records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Human Resource (HR) industries to compete in the huge ($37.8B) and rapidly growing (24% CAGR) outsourced CRM services market (IDC). Vertex recently raised the $2M from angel investors to fund the build out and operation of its first 100-seat contact center in Ortigas Center, Manila, Philippines.

Vertex will leverage the low-cost, high talent labor pools of countries like the Philippines to serve developed markets like the US, UK, Japan and Australia. For perspective, bulk of CRM outsourcers’ operating expenses are in direct labor (60-70%) and the salary levels of Philippine-based labor is 70-80% lower than their counterparts in developed countries. This is why even if you add in all the other operating expenses (i.e. telecommunications costs), clients in developed countries can enjoy savings of as much as $2M per year (40% savings) for every 100 agents they transfer to Vertex.

SKILLS
Vertex mainly provides inbound customer interaction services. This includes customer service, technical support and sales order taking via the telephone, fax, email and web collaboration. However, for clients who require it, Vertex also provides outbound customer interaction services.

Value-added services include multi-lingual support, facilities set-up and management and customer data management and analysis. Industry-specific solutions are also being developed beginning with the healthcare industry.

Vertex Solutions tailor-fit its services to the needs of the client. Pricing models will vary on the scale of services needed. Vertex is open to pricing models that would fit the requirement of the client. Pilot programs/projects can be made available as long as terms have been agreed upon.
