TERMS
1. Payment terms are 20% initial upon requirements finalisation and acceptance; 20% on prototype delivery; and 60% upon completion of the project.
2. Once the software is completed and signed-off, any other changes/additions will be charged extra.
3. Client must provide a complete description of the project from the beginning. Additions or changes afterwards will be changed extra.
4. After the project has been completed and signed-off, the final amount must be paid within 30 days otherwise interest will be charged extra.
