We are doctors here in Legazpi City, Philippines. I am a Surgeon and my wife is an Internist-Cardiologist. We own and operate a Medical Plaza, which houses both our own Ibalong Medical Center and Medical Transcription Facility. We have qualified and dedicated Medical Transcriptionists who are nursing/physical therapy, medical technology graduates, and AB English graduates.

I personally supervise the operation of the medical transcription facility.

The 12-hour time zone difference between the Philippines and the United States gives us ample time to transcribe medical dictation. We can receive the dictation files at about 8:00 a.m. Manila time (or 8:00 p.m. EDT), transcribe the dictation on or before lunch time then have the transcribed medical reports proofread in the afternoon. The transcribed medical reports will be ready for transmission before 8:00 p.m. Manila time (or 8:00 a.m. EDT). By then, you should have more than sufficient time to review our work.

We have a well established transcription facility with high-end equipments to undertake BPO work at retail level. We have well trained staff to do the work and their accuracy consistently is 98%. They are also trained on the job frequently to ensure continuity to increase their speed and accuracy. We have adequate back-ups and technicians to see that our equipments are in excellent working condition at all times. We have on standby a 75 KVA generator set, which automatically switches on incase of a power failure.

We have recently executed some work for an Indian based sub-contracting company with excellent results. As the job was completed, we have spare time per computer for the BPO work now. Our infrastructure can be utilized. For this we have staff as well as convenience. This will ensure timely submission of the job work given by the parent company. We have supervisors who can do the monitoring of the data conversion by the BPO operators. The job work can be down-loaded and up-loaded either way to save time.
