Other than medical reports, we also transcribe business teleconferencing, IR reports, insurance investigations, legal briefs, witness depositions and interviews.

TERMS
Medical reports are generally based on 65-character line count, while an alternative rate reference can be per page of report. Business transcription rates are generally based on audio length in digital audio minutes. Billing cycle is every 15th or end of the month. Payment cyle is net of 30 days.

Whatever your transcription needs are, we guarantee that we respond as your needs dictate. We do tapes, digital audio, and receive phone-in dictation via representatives in the US mainland. We run three shifts on any given workday and are virtually 24x7, as we have on-call transcriptionists ready to be deployed even on weekends. Turnaround time is 24 hours or less, but we do accept pre-arranged 1-to-4-hour STAT work.
