CRM Consulting

Architecture Analysis

Software architecture is the study of large software systems, from the perspective of their structure, which is in contrast to traditional computer science approaches to the design and creation of software systems, which emphasize data structures and algorithms over structure. The study of software architecture concerns itself with achieving non-functional qualities (portability, scalability, performance, modifiability, Integra ability, etc.) in large systems. Software architectural analysis, in particular, looks at how to analyze existing systems, or designed (but not yet built) systems, with a view to predicting its non-functional qualities.
We have been approaching the problem of achieving software quality through architecture-level analysis in four ways:
• Establishing a process for architecture analysis and reviews. This includes codifying current best practices in industry.
• Searching for, and empirically validating, the building blocks of design at the architectural level, and linking this to the achievement of non-functional qualities.
• Devising a set of primitives with which to describe architectural mechanisms (the things that we informally think of as components and connectors).

TERMS
Payment Terms

Invoice for the work done by the consultants will be raised on every 21st of the running month. This invoice would need to be cleared and the payment realized by 15th of the subsequent month. Any delay on the clearance of the invoice would invite a penalty clause which would be discussed and finalized mutually.
Other Terms and Conditions

• The order will be placed in the favor of “Zven Technologies Pvt Ltd”.

• Minimum 3 Weeks lead time will be applicable between receiving of the LOI (Letter of Intent) and executing the analysis work on the client side

• Availability of the all the required documentation that will be deemed necessary for successful conduct of the exercise has to be ensured by the client.

• Client is expected to help Zven in procuring the necessary licenses for the softwares that will be necessary for execution of the project.

• For on-site engagements perdiem and travel cost to the site from the base location will be charged extra from the professional fees. The rates of the same will be finalized upon the final discussions of the engagement.

• The cost of providing residence will either be done on the actuals by the client or it will be added up in the professional fees to be charged to the client during the engagement. This would be finalized upon the final discussions of the engagement.

• Service Tax will be charged extra in accordance with the rules and regulations.

• It is assumed that knowledge sharing from the client to Zven resources will be accounted separately.
