TERMS
Price:
Our price based on scope of Work mentioned in ANNEXURE III will be as follows: Rs. 17,416.00
Note:
For Domain name registration, Hosting Server and Monthly updating a Separate offer will be submitted after detailed discussion.

Taxes & Duties:
The taxes will be extra as per relevant Rules and regulations.

Terms of Payment:
• 50% Advance along with the order
• Balance within 7 days of online testing or 15 days of offline testing, whichever is earlier.

Completion Period:
We anticipate 30 days completion period for the said project, provided decisions and support and relevant content is received from you.

Validity:
This offer is valid for your acceptance for 30 days from the date of this offer.
