TERMS & CONDITIONS



FOR PLACEMENT

* Professional charges 8.33% from the Annual gross salary.

* Service Tax as applicable – at present 12.24%.

* Payment should be made within 30 days from the date of Joining.

* Free Replacement will be provided if the candidate leaves
The employment within 3 months of joining.



FOR OUTSOURCING

* 15 % is our markup.

* All Statutory compliances shall be at clients cost.

* The salary for the incumbent shall be negotiated &
Determined by the company.

* The salary to our employees shall be credited to their bank
A/c on the last working day of the month.

* Statutory compliances shall be remitted to the respective
Accounts within the due dates.

* Our bills will be submitted before 30th of the month & the
Payment for our bills shall be made on or before 5th of the
Following month.
