Project Implementation Methodology

One of our objectives is to provide turnkey customized solutions to corporate. At the beginning of each such project, we analyze the Customer’s functional requirements. Functional specifications generated are presented to the Customer for acceptance. On acceptance of these, actual implementation starts. The system is deployed at the Customer Site for pilot runs, leading to final acceptance, testing and sign off. This has exposed our company to intricate business processes in each segment.

Projects are implemented using internally developed project management methodologies. This is carried over from the knowledge gained by
our team in their past experiences.
