We have excellent infrastructure with high speed internet lease line of 512 kbps for medical transcription and 1 MBPS for call center. All our infrastructure is with update P4 machines, structure CAT 5 cabling and IBM servers. We have 18 KV UPS for 30 mins backup. Uptime for electricity is 99.9%. Our workforce is experienced in MT and call center and have minimum of 2 years of experience in both the activities. We have 24x7 staff for customer queries and solutions.

TERMS
Price for outbound campaigns - $25-30
Medical transcription - 5 cents per line
Payment: weekly (call center) and monthly (medical transcription).
TAT: minimum 6 hours max 12 hours.
Business Terms: work & confidentiality contract for minimum of 6 months.
