3. Metal forming
4. Design of Metal and Plastic tools and spare parts
5. Lathe and Mill metal and plastic spare parts
6. Assembling of metal components manufactured in our plant

SKILLS
Our main area of focus is metal and plastic spare parts manufacturing. The process includes the following steps:

1. Obtain quality metal or plastic materials directly from U.S. or foreign providers
2. Design of metal or plastic spare part required or manufactured product required by client
3. Plan and outline cost effective and quality controlled process
4. Machine and manufacture product required
5. Assemble product components if needed
6. Inspection and Quality control
7. Packing Product and Delivery

TERMS
Prices: Depends on specific material required and parts design.
Material for us to import to our country and remanufacture for export does not pay taxes. Exporting companies have benefits from local government, exemption of tax fees and low labor costs allows us to manufacture at lower product costs.

Payment Terms: Usually but negotiable: 3 payments in the following way:
1.To start contract an initial 30% payment of total contract
2.Another payment 30% for delivery of more than half of the finished product
3.Final payment 40% of contract when all product received and client is satisfied.

Turnaround time and Production capabilities: Can adapt to client needs due to low labor cost and available machinery.
