Data Entry – Roop Technology offers a broad menu of data entry related services. Roop Technology can enter data from scanned images or physical documents. Roop Technology utilizes the latest software and hardware technology specifically developed for rapid and accurate data entry. Our expertise is in managing the paper and labor involved in moving large volumes of documents or images through an organized conversion process. Roop Technology is extremely sensitive and cognizant of the need to protect our customer’s data with stringent security procedures. Fast turnaround projects, even as short as 24 hours, are also doable. Roop Technology can provide the data in a variety of ways. An FTP site or e-mail are currently the most popular choices but magnetic media such as CD-ROM or tape is also an option. Roop Technology supports all popular file formats such as ascii, comma delimited, fixed length and can even provide data in files requiring custom coding or tagging such as XML. Our outcome is a clean, accurate, uniform digital file, formatted to your specifications

SKILLS
We have a focused quality group that evaluates processes internally based on a checklist of requirements, defined by the customer.
Daily quality results are communicated and shared with the customer and all stakeholders via Dashboards. Customer Critical Performance Measures (CPMs) are parameters defined by the customers based on their measures of success. CPMs are identified upfront at the transition stage in conjunction with the customer and data available from the existing process or expectation set by the customer. There are also regular reviews of the process conducted by the process owner daily, weekly or monthly based on requirements.

The workforce also undergoes thorough quality check processes. They are tested on the parameters of speed and accuracy of processing information, based on pre-determined CTQ (Critical to Quality) fields.

The performance monitoring report clearly highlights the areas of opportunity for the employees with recommendations to improve. The recurring errors/defects will be documented and eliminated immediately.

Calibration
Regular calibration will be carried out to ensure no deviation in parameters of quality. Documents processed by our workforce will be rated by our Quality Assurance team. These documents will then be sent to the clients who will rate them separately. The findings will then be compared and the cycle continued till the ratings of the QA team and the client are equal.

Certification
New employees will have to perform at a specified level of complexity before starting production for certification. The complexity level will be fixed on the basis of client requirements.
