TERMS
RATES

We charges in two ways and it depends upon the client to choose the one
which they desire.

PER HOUR CHARGES

a) We normally charge $5 per hour per agent for inbound/outbound
Campaigns. Our rates are absolutely same for all the time zones.

OR

b) We charge fixed charges of $900 per agent per month for
Inbound/Outbound campaigns (for 9 hours shift).

The rates includes the infrastructure, phone lines for inbound and
Outbound etc.

We do not have any volume requirement and we are capable of expansion at a very short period.

We have done few web-based campaigns and call backs for software and
travel industry (including confirmation and charge back calling)
