DESCRIPTION
At Nordea NPS, we offer a number of different solutions combined with a strategic partnership on securities reporting.
The goal of the partnership is to offer a flexible and adaptable solution, strategic support, value creation and operational focus, including cost savings and control.
In our reporting approach, the purpose is to provide a tailor-made solution which will meet the client's requirements. Our current client portfolio include companies, foundations, banks, life and general insurance companies or pension funds with a large investment portfolio.
Our solutions include several areas: performance and risk measurement, accounting, tax, back-office, lines & limits etc. The solutions may include one or several portfolio managers including the client's own investment function.

SKILLS
At Nordea NPS, we are your personal team in Nordea. We have broad theoretical and practical backgrounds and we are enthusiastic about securities and figures. It is important to us that all NPS employees have worked with different aspects of securities, for instance in back-office, middle-office and audit functions (internal and external).

We have decided to work in Nordea's offices in Hoje Taastrup, as Nordea's computer and custody operations and securities and derivative settlement are located here. One of the key advantages is that you and your account manager have a network of specialists around you within different fields, such as corporate actions, derivatives and simple transactions such as change of custody account and settlement of trades etc.

TERMS
Our prices are tailored to each client, based on funds under management, complexity of securities, number of managers etc.

Payment terms also vary. Usually they are monthly or bi-annual payments.

Our turnaround time varies depending on the requirement of the client.

For clients wanting a full transactional history for tax reasons, a couple of months is expected.

For clients who does not need a full history and wish to receive our reporting package from day one, we can usually be ready within one month (depending on the client's subscription).
