DESCRIPTION
Epsilon Consulting Ltd (Epsilon) was co-founded in 1997 by Mr Evelthon G. Iacovides (a US-trained Cypriot economist/MBA with Procter and Gamble marketing/market research experience) and Epsilon International S.A., a leading Greek environmental sciences and Geographical Information Systems (G.I.S) consulting firm.

Epsilon works independently and in association with many Cypriot and international organizations for the implementation of multi-disciplinary engineering and public policy research and consulting projects, such as the European Union-funded EPSILON (Environmental Policy via Sustainability Indicators) and PoLoS (Integrated Platform for Location-based Services).

The team strength of Epsilon is 20 full-time, part-time, and contract professionals with doctorates and other post-graduate qualifications.

Epsilon has its head office in Nicosia, Cyprus and branch offices in London (United Kingdom) and Athens, Greece.

Epsilon's work experience includes techno-economic feasibility studies, environmental management plans, environmental impact assessment studies, participation in EU research programs in the areas of environmental policy and water resources, and the set-up/operation of EU programs in the areas of education and employment , namely, the National Resource Centre for Guidance (Euroguidance), and European Employment Services (EURES) under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance (Republic of Cyprus).

TERMS
Our prices are at 50% maximum of European and American prices. Our turnaround time is also about half of European/US timings. You tell us the European or American price, we do the job better at half the price and time.

Our payment terms are negotiable and flexible, but usually are: 30% down payment, 30% at submission of preliminary report, and 40% at delivery of final report.
