ADEPT AT
We have enough engineers with rich experiences on: REALbasic; Flex and/or Flash; Localization and translation between English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Japanese; and FrameMaker.

TERMS
1) Desktop Software development: the hourly rate is 12-13 USD/man per hour.
2) Flex/Flash: the hourly rate is 13-15 USD/man per hour.
3) Non-GUI/low level/Embedded System software development: 14-18 USD/man per hour, depends on the specification.
4) Localization and documentation: 10-13 USD/man per hour, depends on your products and the language.
5) Monthly rate for 1-4 above: for full-time work, the rate is 1200-1500 USD per man (work for you 150-170 hours per month); for part-time, the rate is 600-850 USD per man (work for you about 60-75 hours per month); we shall have a half year or one year renewal agreement with a 30 day probationary period and you shall pay the termination fee for early termination.
6) Technical consulting: the hourly rate is 15 USD, including the time for understanding and discussing material your sent or the difficulties you met and told us, writing sample code or directed engineering (directed engineering means helping you implement a specific feature or solve a specific problem by modifying your project directly), and replying you via email or IM software. We can detail why we did something in some way, if you are interested.
