DESCRIPTION
The main business of Shenzhen P&C SMT Company Limited is making PCBA for electronic products, such as smoke detector, electronic racing car(toys), power supply, dancing machine control board, MP3, Top-box mainboard, and etc. 90% of our customers are foreign companies, which are located in Spain, Japan, US, etc. Our US customers include DuPont, Roxor, etc.

Generally speaking, our company does business in 2 ways. One way is our customer would provide us materials (such as components, bare PCB, etc.), and we just assembly the PCBAs for them. The other way is we would buy materials (such as components, bare PCB, etc.) for the customer, and also assembly the final PCBAs.

Our company’s manufacturing capacity:
(1) For SMT placement: we can place 600,000 SMD components per day.
(2) For manual assembly: we have more than100 workers, and be able to assembly 400,000 components per day.
(3) Our pick and place machines for Chip (small components) are Samsung CP45 (made in 2004), which can place the smallest 0402 SMD components.
(4) Our pick and place machines for IC can place BGA with the smallest pin distance 0.5 mm.
(5) Our reflow oven was made in 2004, with 8 temperature zones. It can make lead-free products.
(6) Our soldering machine is also able to make Lead-free products.

Other Service:
(1) Our company can provide RHOS, CE, FCC, UL…. Certificate for all our exported products.
(2) Our company has software and hardware engineers who can help our customers to design, change, or improve their products.
(3) Our company has technicians, product engineers, and quality control team to provide after-sale service for our customers.
