Americatel Call Center is part of Grupo Americate, a telecommunications company operating in Central America since 1998. Since its beginnings, Grupo Americatel has successfully operated its own call center, offering contact services such as:

We are compliant with all FTC (Federal Trade Commission) legislature regarding contact centers, such as “Do Not Call” and Caller ID display requirements. Our Services
Americatel Call Center offers incoming calls (inbound) and (outbound) services, adapting each campaign to the particular needs of our clients. The services can be set automatically through an IVR or attended directly by one of our Customer Service Representatives, for those cases where the client prefers to offer a customized service.
The services that Americatel Call Center offers are:
• Customer Service - Through incoming (inbound) campaigns, companies can offer customized service to their clients, via toll-free numbers, email, Chat and Web Site, among others. Customer contacts enter the Service Platform through any of the means mentioned above and receive attention for general information on the company and its products, attention of claims, technical support and order placement.
• Telemarketing - Through the service of outgoing calls (outbound) companies can make a great amount of calls offering their products and services, thus increasing their commercial presence in the market. Among the telemarketing services offered are: Telesales, Customer Satisfaction Surveys and Database updates.
• Collections - This service allows companies to complement their own collection efforts. Service is provided for the data base submitted by the client company through the following type of outbound calls: Due Date reminders, Payment Past Due calls, and Direct Collections.
• Back-office - Companies spend a lot of time and money acquiring customers. Now that the order has finally come in, Americatel CC can streamline your order processing and provide opportunities for future growth and revenue generation. We can coordinate the details of the order, proper payment application, account verification, and back end logistics, ensuring the satisfaction of your customers.
