I am an Advocate registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. Presently I am practising at Courts in New Delhi. I have more then 15 years of experience in various facets of Corporate, Civil, Property, Compliance and Regulatory laws of India. I am a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secrtaries of India and Law Graduate from the University of Delhi. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is the only Institute recognized by the Government of India for awarding Post Graduate Degree in Corporate laws. University of Delhi is also one of the premier and very well known Universities of India.

The area of expertise includes the Corporate Laws. Being a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, I am technically competent for the field and also have relavant experience. The exprience includes dealing with the Restructuring laws of India including understanding the Clients requirement, drafting of the Scheme of restructuring in accordance with the Issues involved, helping in financial structuring of the scheme, filing and arguing the same in the High Court (the competent Court in Indi for consideration and approval of such Scheme in India) and getting the same approved from the Court and follow up action thereafter. Recently I had handled the Scheme of Amalagamation of PNB Assest Management Company Ltd in the Court at New Delhi.

Besides Corporate Laws, I als have relavant experience in the field of Property laws of India. I am on panel with LIC Housing Finance Ltd, one of the Premier Financial Institutions of India in the field of Housing Finance. The area of operation includes undertaking Project Report, Title Search Report, Advisory services on Property Laws and Recovery actions against the defaulting clinets.

I also have relavent experience in the field of Banking and Recovery laws. Towards this end, I am on the panel of IndusInd Bank Ltd., a Premier Bank in India. I am also working for 'Yes Bank' a new geneation private sector Bank. The assignment includes Prescribing the norms for lending, advisory services on the documentation for various kinds of financial transactions, Vetting and Certification of the Documents executed, Undertaking Search Reports, advising on the suitable action for recovery depending upon the nature of transaction, Profile of defaulting Client etc., initiating the appropriate legal action, includes suit for Recovery, Winding up Petition and Action for breach of Trust and misappropriation of money supplemented by such other action as would be warranted from the Situation.

I also have relavant experience in the field of Regulatory laws of India. I was earlier associated with a very large and well known Group of India as Vice President ( Legal) and Company Secretary. The Profile included Protection of Company's righst and interest and complying with regulatory laws applicable to the Company.

Besides the above, I also have experience in dealing with Civil laws of the India relating to all kinds of matters.
